I go to an incredible effort to run a stream, package everything nicely and quickly to you to provide the best experience I can. If you are unhappy with something, your feedback in a written message and to be given the opportunity to rectify and concerns I would have happily done so.
But to leave a bad review, with no context or effort is incredibly disappointing when I give so much time and thought into my streams.
