Only card I’ve ever received not in a mag/one touch, only sleeve/toploader. Overly taped made it very difficult too open without worrying about damaging card inside.Not sure why you had a delay in shipping after I drop I drop the package off at USPS that’s out of my hands all my shipping has tracking , all my cards ship as you see them in my stream you bought the card in a top loader, if the card was in a one touch mag I would have shipped it in the Mag.
