I have two brass items that someone else purchased and was supposed to be sent a shipping label for them but never received it either. I was told my items were on the way and have been waiting since August. I ask for the tracking number and have been ignored. I have been completely taken advantage of by this seller. Beautiful item and it was packaged very well!

Frame was as described ,very heavy. it was packaged in the same box with a delicate rose candle holder. the candle holder was very delicate and was wrapped very tightly. It arrived broken. I believe due to being wrapped too tightly which may have snapped the leaf and then also placed in the same package with the heavy frame. I love this lil spout!! So excited to display with clay marbles! Literally the cutest stuff, thank youuu!!! 🥰🫶🏻 My raccoon bottle is the cutest thing I have on my living room!
