The seller acknowledged the mix up and offered to cover shipping so we could send the correct items to each other, but I haven’t received a response since 8/27 and the issue is still unresolved. I understand mistakes happen, but I wish there had been better communication and follow through to get it corrected. The shipping is so fast and seller it’s amazing . She is so patient and kind. Very disappointed in this seller. first of all, my order had two mismates on boots so I wrote a review. the seller contacted me and said he would make it right by sending me another pair of Thorogoods so i gave them a chance and deleted my comment.. Followed by "i cant find them, dont have anymore" so proceeds to change username and denies changing it. now some other person is running the account and pretends they have no clue who "texasoutpost" is or was. comical and unprofessional. This whole story is a huge misunderstanding. This IS TEXASOUTPOST. We changed our page name because my mother is now taking over my whatnot account LOL. And she had responded to your message unaware what texasoutpost is. Your legit a scammer trying to get free shoes 😂😂😂 Ran with box but shipped without. Otherwise product was what was shown.The box was probably too big to fit into shipping bags.
