I am so sorry. It was not breakable. So I didn’t see any need for wrapping the item since it was a crocheted kleenex box. Again I am sorry and will take this as a lesson learned that I should maybe wrap all items to be safe. I do sale Vintage items so they are bought from estate sales usually. I try to clean everything the best I can. I hate to hear you were unhappy. I hope you could give me another chance in the future.
