answer was we have send it to the address thats all and the block from the live this is their customer service purchased date march 9 and today is April 7 still nothing reply from them and once they said i will talk to you after the live is over but they didn’t massage me back Item is supposed to be brand new but had cat or dog hair inside the shoe all over the insoles for both shoes.
