Great packaging and a great deal on a PC player. 10/10 highly recommend. Excellent show and fast shipping! Very disappointed with transparency during stream & condition of cards. (2) PSA slabs were not as discribed ~ (1) had swirl marks front & back and (1) had chipped top corner. During stream seller advantageously angled card with chipped corner away from camera which was clearly seen later in reciept video. Like earlier rating posted by another buyer ~ seller has since blocked communication. Would not recommend seller to Whatnot community. Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, this customer complained about damage to the cards(micro scratches on one card and an apparent top right blemish on another) and requested the cards be given to him for free. We attempted to give this customer a coupon with the value of 1 slab($15) to use on his next purchase, but he wasn't satisfied with this. Unprofessional interactions and he is upset about being denied a full refund by whatnot support. Little bit disappointed here.... There was a giveaway to top buyer during stream for a Kyle Dugger Genesis PSA10 and he messaged me that I won that card and then it's not in my package... Now his DM is blocked.... I was a happy buyer but now a little disappointed with lack of followthroughDue to federal lottery laws and whatnot policies, this giveaway was in violation.
