It wasnt until Whatnot started to refund my money did the packages finally ship. Then it took another week to get to me. 3 weeks to receive my order is unacceptable. I get life happens but I reached out by message, and no response. Customer Service definitely lacks. Dont try to respond that I didnt like you have on your other bad reviews. Lastly I spent over $200 on a Surprise Loungefly Set, which was almost 15 won auctions. I kept getting the .25 cent cheap bags, and she said she was going to add some items in for my bad luck and support. I got Nothing extra, just a poly mailer full of throw away bags. Again horrible customer service. I genuinely thought you were being honest. As a reseller myself I know whats acceptable and what is good customer service.
