I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and will look into how or why this could happen. Being someone who is asthmatic, I understand how unpleasant cigarette odor can be. May I ask you a question? You have ordered from me on a few different occasions now and I am curious to know if it was just this order or if all the orders you received from me had that odor. The answer to that question will help me determine what could’ve taken place. The last thing I want is to provide my customers with anything they are not 100% satisfied with so hearing this makes me very sad.
