Loving the products everything came in as new 🥰Thanks love, appreciate your support and order 💘🫶🏼 Had tons and tons of missing items from my order, seller stopped responding and didnt reply to my messages when I asked for the information for my missing items. Had to escalate to whatnot and still waiting, oh and the Rhode bronzer was fake. I was very kind and spent money on a new seller, to be kind and helpful and I even tipped her on her first show. Terrible customer service. Terrible, it ended up being fake, reached out and no response :( was promised it was real, I have the video receipt saying it was real and got it verified by multiple people saying it’s fake. :( fake Rhode and other makeup. I have the screenshots of our chats, I responded in a timely manner and made sure to mention and even thank them for telling me their opinion. Hopefully they can take a step back and realize that it is not okay to SPAM a sellers livestream with negative comments and feedback ! Fun makeup items! Love it! /users%2F73244600%2Fstore%2F4765a3c5-4a03-4188-a41f-e07020ffd32f.jpeg)
