Was very responsive and kind!❤️ arrived safely and packaged nicely. I love everything I got! I’m definitely going to buy more! My friend recommended me her shows and they’re so entertaining and she has so many good items for a great price. My sister who was also in the show at the same time as me, was with me when I opened the package and noticed the scent right away. My sister touched the bags and her hands still had the smell lingering on her fingers. We also noticed that there was a sticky residue. I messaged the seller personally out of courtesy and notified her, but she claimed that it was out of her control and might’ve been the mail service (which I didn’t understand as the bags were sealed and packaged).She stated that there was nothing that can be done. I am disappointed as I do not personally smoke AT ALL.i did in fact inform you that i do not smoke nor has there ever been smoke in my household. i did also inform you that i would have not sold the bag if it were in terrible condition or had a strong odor. i had those bags for over a month and no one else seemed to have a issue other than your package. you did not mention anything about anyone else or anything on anyone’s fingers so that is new to my knowledge. i did explain that i was sorry for issue but in my show notes i have strict policies when buying and i can assure you that i did not purposely send out a bag in terrible condition. Love everything! Things were mentioned the extent was not disclosed. Honestly these items should have been thrown away.
