Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully dispute several points in this review. The item was shown clearly inside and out during the live show and was never described as high quality or high end. The exact words used were “sturdy for this price” for a $25 handmade item. The damage is not visible in the show recording. The suggestion that we knowingly hid a defect is simply not true and damaging to a small business that prides itself on honesty. We maintained a 5.0 rating prior to this review and a partial refund was offered before it was posted. Absolutely loved your order and your bags beautiful so they might be a little bit bigger than one of them but that’s okay they’re gorgeous.
