But this seller not only had exceptionally amazing items for sale, but she went WAY above and beyond to fix a small shipping error that I brought to her attention! First, she took responsibility for it immediately instead of trying to blame Whatnot or the US Postal Service or me. And then went to extraordinary efforts to make it up to me. It was an easy fix yet she was so concerned with my satisfaction that she was willing to sacrifice to her detriment. In today’s day and age too few people are willing to admit they made a mistake let alone fix it in such an extraordinary manner.
