All other orders from this set were delivered successfully. Unfortunately, once an order is in USPS’s possession, we have no control over delays or delivery issues.
As soon as you contacted us, we filed a case with USPS on your behalf.
The $40 refund was issued through Whatnot based on the resolution you selected. A replacement was also available, but you chose the refund option. Given these circumstances, the review appears to exaggerate the situation and does not accurately reflect the steps we took to resolve the issue.
