We do want to respectfully clarify information in this review is not accurate. The change of our name was a personal choice, to better represent ourselves. Your account is NOT blocked on our end. Especially with FREE giveaways, you should reach out to the seller even if you don’t get an immediate response you should allow time to receive a response as a message could have been overlooked if someone is not on here full time. We appreciate your review but feel it’s important to clarify misinformation left. My daughter loves the backpack and all the goodies inside she doesn’t need much as she’s a senior in high school so it was perfect! I have supported this channel for weeks now, buying multiple items and then out of nowhere I get blocked. Always received my items though. I apologize for your concern , we are taking a different route with our seller page and letting people go who cause us concern for our safety and well being .
