Thank you for my giveaway🙂 Love your shows! I was so excited when I received the Coach bag. the wrapping presentation was excellent until I opened the wrapping. The coach bag was soiled front and back. I was so disappointed 😞. I am aware that is use, but at least it should have been cleaned. very disappointed with this purchase. I took pictures but I'm unable to upload.Hi Marisol, please send me photos of your bag in private messenger. I will for sure work with you to resolve any issues. excellent experience as always🦋 Pretty!! just as pictured. Thank you
Love my backpack and matching wristlet 💜💜 they’re both perfect pieces for my collection 🫶🫶 beautiful bag as always. thank you again 🤗 Could not be more happy with my first purchase from this seller and my first Dooney ever! She showed several bags I requested and is SO patient. I have not seen any other bag sellers that do this. Most are so pushy and will only show or talk about a bag if they have multiple bids on it. I am now only following her for handbags for this reason. I will be back for sure and have decided to buy good quality brands instead of all the cheap ones I buy that don’t hold up. Totally recommend buying high quality bags that are accurately shown and described. ❤️😊 My first purchase, Fast shipping. I reached out to seller hoping she can find me a purse to match my wallet & coincidental she had one coming in that matched EXACTLY. Was meant to be :) packed with care, i would buy from seller again. Thank you so much, i love it Such good purses. Loved them all! Thanks again! LOVE my new bag. Seller is beyond kind, and shipping was very fast. Very happy! Cant wait to shop again ✨ I was so exited for this wallet to arrived , sadly it wasn’t as good as it looked on video . It took me over an hour to clean her , she was filled with hair like pet hair or who knows it was white hair 😝 the seller she’s a sweet lady not her fault the lighting didn’t show how the wallet was . Or maybe I’m just too picky . I cleaned it because I had no option, I really wanted to return her but you know buying pre used condition means all this things can happen .
To the seller , ty for the sale price you gave me , you’re very nice and I appreciate you 🫶🏼 ty for sending her wrapped nicely . Hello, thank you so much for your feedback. Even though it is a used item I do strive to lookout for issues as you described. I appreciate you letting me know and will strive to watch more carefully in the future! Thanks again for your purchase! You made my wife's day she was so surprised and yes shares your taste in bags also absolutely loved the gun metal!!! Kids loved the Halloween bag but already said no to trick or treating with it lol! Thanks again!!! Great bag!!! Thx so much!!💗🤗🦉 /users%2F59865394%2Fstore%2F6d59ce7c-f91e-4ba8-ad98-e4e2178fb4d3.jpeg)
