Was first time ordering and it never arrived , was told it was taken to the shop and the shop haven't scanned it , i personally think my order has got mixed up with someone else'sand been sent to someone else by mistake ( we're all human so mistakes do happen , just would of been nice to of actually got what my child wanted ) . this is the first time on whatnot out of hundreds of orders that there's been an issue . seller did say on the 6th she would send me a replacement bundle ( not the same stuff as I ordered a ton of minis as well as a bundle) but not heard anything since .whatnot have eventually sent an email at 11pm tonight saying il receive a refund in the next 3-4 working days .Hi i have been in communication with you i had offerd a refund or a replacent you asked for a replacement which i had communicated with i had no minis you said ok I had sent you a photo of rought 15 medium sized sensory you had redfused I asked watnot to process a refund for this was on the 5th you came in my live that evening and I offerd another bundle free of charge which u had picked Fantastic seller, speedy shipping, very pleased with everything.
