Not at all what I bought, a whole straightener was missing, other items missing as well, only got 1 bottle of shampoo just a bad experience Thanks, I love all my hair styling products.Nice packaging. didn't get my buyers givey. have messaged several times and no response. loved everything else just wish I would have gotten my free givey for my purchases. love her show So far I love this tool! I’ve messaged over and over with no response. I patently waited through the snow storm and delays. I’ve watched and tagged every show. I have 4 of these straighteners and faithfully have used this brand for years…BUT I usually buy from the actual brand dealer. And pay a whole lot for them. They have always been my favorite. And when I came across her selling these I jumped excitedly. BUT when I received my order..the pink straightener full size I ordered and paid for wasn’t in there. Some frizz oil and stick. The oil was spilled. The stick idk what it even is. And I have attempted to reach out to have them fix this situation with not even a response. So if they plan on selling on this site, and having good luck, a response would atleast help. This is not how you do business. I just expected more. Atleast what I actually paid for. Disappointed is an understatement. I absolutely love my 2 straighteners I recieved today and I was totally blown away with my givey, a full.size shampoo and conditioner, a frizz serum and a hair wax stick, WOW!!! Shipping was a little longer than expected due to weather, but definitely worth the wait! Thank you so much for all my goodies! I definitely will be shopping with you soon! It looks like my hair would get caught in this, nervous to use it. Bit scuffed. Its a great color and it was affordable. Shipping was pretty good It took forever in the mail but it was because of the weather and not the seller. It was worth the wait I love the pink shampoo and conditioner so good. made my hair feel tingly and clean!!
