Lacking in customer service and people skills, especially at pickup. Went to pickup my items was told one of them was not there that it had been shipped, whenever we had set it for pickup along with our 8 other items. When discussing it with the staff, they were rude, walked away and didn’t come back. Buyers should also be aware that if you purchase a box of something it’s not going to come in an actual box, it’s going to be wheeled out in a shopping cart for you to deal with. 40 pairs of slippers, no box. Just not what we expected, we were excited to have a local pickup but this was a definite letdown.
