“The merchandise was the star here—nice quality and just what I was hoping for. Happy customer!” I gave 5 stars but I also think there is room for improvement. I did buy knowing you weren't really inspecting anything. However, over 85% of the jewelry chains were plain trash. no amount of cleaning would help. I did have broken pieces & mismatched earrings. I felt like I just bought a craft lot. Try to do better next time. Toss the crap and sell the good. Quick shipping, the rings were majority all the same. Everything was perfect! Fast shipping too! 😊 My necklaces arrive safe and are very beautiful! ❤️❤️ One item was missing, they never responded to my message or to replace the missing item. Won’t be buying from them again. Super unprofessional. The assistant in the background is confused and very scattered as to what’s going on that makes the show hard to watch and obesity shows as I am missing an item. HOWEVER the packaging is horrible. I purchased 9 necklaces all shipped loose and tangled into a huge ball when I received it. It look around 10 minutes to untangle the mess thankfully the necklaces were not damaged due to this. I hope as the sellers package a little better in the future even placing individual necklaces in a sheet of tissue paper if bags are too expensive would help. Thank you! You guys rock!
