I bought a Pokémon pull slot. After all packs were opened and nobody hit anything big, he decided to open extra packs.
"Out the kindness of his heart" (his words) During those extra packs, the #1 chase card from the set was pulled—the exact card I had purchased a slot for.
The moment the stream ended, he made a "business decision" and refused to send it because he DIDNT MAKE ENOUGH MONEY. (HIS WORDS)
He had no problem taking everyone's money, asking for tips, and promoting future streams. He also said he'd refund me, then stopped responding. He also encouraged me to leave a bad review, he said he didn't care.

Bosses Office likes to talk like a boss when he's collecting payments. When it was time to honor the biggest hit of the stream, the title stayed but the integrity DISAPPEARED.
This is why people are afraid to buy off whatnot.
