When I opened the box everything was just thrown in it, nothing had been wrapped. The hair straightener I had been waiting for several of the prongs were broken off and there was hair in the bristles, Gross!!!!I cannot help what happens during shipping. I apologize for the hair in the product. That should not have been there.
