Buyer purchased a 100 dollar value jacket from me for 18.00 after fees were taken. She messaged there was a flaw so I offered to send her another item for the mistake. She wanted me to send her an item that was MORE than the original item she bought. We then agreed on a 65.00 necklace ( for her 20.00 purchase) still a huge loss for me... that was shipped by my assistant and arrived to her with a broken loop. I offered to pay her money to compensate her and she sent a rude message instead stating nevermind. She now has 165.00 in my items AND left me a poor review. Bad apple! beware The pieces are even more beautiful in person!
