I messaged the seller and received no reply within 24 hours (they were live doing another show so had definitely loaded up the platform). Had they offered a solution/refund then I’d have left them a better review, mixups happen occasionally!
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I’d recommend avoiding this seller As our message to yourself stated, messages don’t always go to our main inbox - and in this case, your message did go to message requests to which was not picked up until 48 hours after your first message. Human error can sometimes occur, but we do try our best to provide an excellent service.
