This order was originally sent in a standard mailer, which does not include tracking. Due to situations like this, we no longer ship orders this way and have since updated our process.
Although this was a dollar card, we still chose to resend the package at our own expense as a courtesy to the buyer. Once Whatnot marked the original order as delivered/closed on their end, we were unable to take further action through the platform. From the moment I joined this break, I knew I was in for something different. I’ve been in plenty of breaks over the years, and most of them talk a big game but deliver the same rushed, sloppy experience. This one? Completely different. The presentation, the pace, and the professionalism hit me right away.
You can tell when a breaker actually cares about the cards and the people in the break, and that’s exactly what I got with this purchase. Everything was handled cleanly, confidently, and with a level of energy that actually made the whole thing exciting instead of chaotic. It felt like someone finally understood what a real break experience should be. On top of that, the hits were handled with respect top loaders, sleeves, the whole nine yards. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt careless, and every card was shown clearly like it actually mattered. That alone puts this breaker above most of the ones I’ve dealt with before. I've been in hundreds of breaks. This was the first one I felt like the breaker lied to get people to buy in. Said it was his first break so I gave massive support. He said he didn't know how to do anything, so no S/P or trades or anything. I bought in 14 times being supportive. One I stopped bidding the break went cold. When I came back in he was handing out see 3 pick ones, stash or passes to everyone but lied to me early on. Felt very deceptive. Then the video receipt cut off early in the break. He provided no recourse. Of course he then tells me the break didn't go well. He sent me a few rookie cards and like 3 inserts and I was just to take his word for it. Then he didn't even sleeved the cards! The corners were all dinged. This was the worst experience I've had in Whatnot. Do not support this guy, he isn't honest and I felt taken advantage of. We stand by the integrity of our breaks. Video evidence shows that all picks and distributions were handled fairly, and your claims do not match what actually occurred. It seems your dissatisfaction came from not receiving the chase card, not from any mishandling on our part.

Great Seller! Everything came on time and was handled with care! A bunch of cards were bent due to not being put on top loaders. Not happy Hey Nate really sorry about that. I try to use as much protection as possible you had over 100 cards it will be nearly impossible to top load all. I top load all hits. Secondly I just started off and I mark the prices down a lot for you guys to purchase at cheap, I will be losing a lot more money if I were to use 100 top loaders on the base cards. Great seller.
