Unfortunately, these are antique pieces that can’t simply be replaced, which made it especially disappointing. While I know shipping carriers can be rough on packages, the plate wasn’t wrapped in any bubble wrap—just paper—and there wasn’t enough cushioning to protect the glassware. I’m honestly surprised the plate wasn’t the only item that broke. I think with more secure packaging, this could have been avoided. I would still consider purchasing again because of the great prices, but I hope they improve their packing methods for fragile items! Overall items are beautiful and as described and customer service was quick and helpful. Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry your plate arrived damaged.
