I had a great experience with this seller. The vintage pieces I received were even better than expected, beautiful condition, carefully packed, and exactly as described. Shipping was quick! Every item was chipped or cracked in some way, although during her live descriptions she said they were all free of chips and cracks. Packing was perfect, so I am sure these chips and cracks were there before packing. Very disappointed as all the pieces I wanted would have been beautifully displayed in my home. I am taking them all to Goodwill.Haley, I am deeply sorry you feel this way towards your order and I appreciate your comment about my attention to details in packing. On the other hand, I am confused as I watched the video receipts back and I do not foresee these items being pre-damaged as you mentioned along with warranting a trip to goodwill. I’d be happy to take a look at photos if you could please share the concerns. The items are vintage/antique but any significant defects would have been mentioned as I pride myself on this.
