Reviews (31)i know yall are kinda new to doing live shows but i spent a lot of money with yall & was not happy with the way my items were shipped. i purchased 4 items. the first package came with 2 large hoodies in just a polymailer which was ripped open in multiple spots, exposing the clothes inside. the 2nd package had a hoodie & sweatpants & ended up being delayed several days due to the polymailer being tore up so much so that USPS had to tape it all up to prevent the items from completely falling out. every item ended up having some sort of stain/mark on it -normally i wouldn't say anything & just wash it but i decided to resell them & now i have to pray the stains come out. also none of the items came in their original ziplock bags from Comfrt or had any original tags which again sucks if youre reselling. please figure out a better system for shipping! one regular polymailer for such big bulky items(clothes at that)is def not going to keep the hoodies safe from weather/wear & tear. thank u Overall great experience. I do wish they either left the originally packaging on or doubled the poly mailer because mine arrived with a hole in it. I’m lucky nothing fell out or got ruined.
