so after receiving my melted & any covered box, I reached out to the seller to try & see if they would make it right like there notes requests. After waiting 4 days since messaging him I seen him on a live show & decided to ask him about the issue & was met with instant attitude about “should have read the notes”, “all show notes say request ice pack” when clearly they do not & did not & I have screen shots to prove that the notes say nothing about requesting ice packs! All I wanted was an apology & to be made hole but nope just attitude & disappointment 😞
everything was melted but it was free but melted Free candy is great! always happy! kids loved them! The show is awesome, I love this supplier. I give him a 5star. when the shipment came i didnt have everything due to shipping damage through post office, so thats why the 3star, either stuff fell out or got pulled out. what I did receive was still fresh and didnt melt. I will order again. The whole show was very entertaining. so delicious and its totally worth it i’ll have candy for a long while😅 Thank you for the twizzlers!!
