As far as slow shipping goes I had dmed everyone in the stream letting them know I was a little delayed shipping on my last stream due to getting moved around for work and had to ship out of an unfamiliar area. I do appreciate this not being a 1 star review and I would love to fix the damaged card issue. And your input will help us improve in the future. As far as shipping costs go I usually offer the .79 shipping on single cards and am considering only offering shipping with tracking.
