Love your shows ! You have great stuff love the tea towel n linens ❤️ items were carefully packaged and arrived intact and as described. thank you! I received items that weren’t mine and seem to have been charged for an item multiple times which I’m now wondering if I even won that bid as winners weren’t always announced by name on the videos which seemingly weren’t matched up to the objects being sold. If this is a new seller perhaps some additional training should be done when rapid fire selling items. We did reach out to you directly to try to resolve this issue. The items you purchased were matched to the correct numbers. We sell thousands of items and run hundreds in a single show. We are not new sellers, but thank you for your concern. Due to the volume of items we sell, it would be impossible to individually upload every single item into our shop, which is why we use the pull tab. We take pride in our business and always make an effort to resolve any concerns with our customers. We would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve this with you directly. Amazing seller!
