I purchased this on May 11 and received it on May 26. Also the bottle is not pink, it is not a 10 ml. The bottle is clear and what is in it has no smell. It is fake for sure. Kay Ali does not even sell on their own site the size that was sent to me and I have not seen it anywhere else. The seller tried to act as if it was the post office that had not sent, but it showed they were still waiting for the package to start the process. This is not the first poor review this seller has received for slow shipping. This deserves a refund for sure. I will not purchase here again and this is the only bad review I have ever left over multiple platforms. Hello, we definitely do not sell fake items. For your reference, Kay Ali sells mini 5ml bottles in their travel sized duo sets… which many sellers break down and sell as singles . You can check the Sephora website to validate this. You may have thought the 10ml bottle was being ran which is on both Sephora and the Kay Ali website for a retail of $32 . All minis that I run are originally purchased as the duo sets. None the less , I wish I was able to turn your experience around . Absolutely loved shopping with this seller!
