Reviews (205)I purchased this on May 11 and received it on May 26. Also the bottle is not pink, it is not a 10 ml. The bottle is clear and what is in it has no smell. It is fake for sure. Kay Ali does not even sell on their own site the size that was sent to me and I have not seen it anywhere else. The seller tried to act as if it was the post office that had not sent, but it showed they were still waiting for the package to start the process. This is not the first poor review this seller has received for slow shipping. This deserves a refund for sure. I will not purchase here again and this is the only bad review I have ever left over multiple platforms. Absolutely loved shopping with this seller! Seller never responded to my message when I asked if the item would be shipped soon after 10 days of no communication from the initial order. Nice price, super well packaged, product exactly as described. Thank you @ TheGirlsRoom!! Thought the blurring powder I purchased was bigger guess that's my fault for not asking before purchasing but looking back I didn't see description of how many ounces it was maybe put that in description next time The first product got lost in the mail. The seller responded immediately and sent a new product. It got here within a few days. Thank you!
