I was just totally disappointed with the sale of this piece! I’ll have to spend more money to get a new frame made for the glass! If you would have put broken frame I wound Not have paid this much for this piece!! Very disappointed! Stunning lamp!!! But keep in mind when ordering vintage items, especially plastic/celluliod/composite items, they break down over time, and the breakdown can emit odors. This is very common with vintage plastics. Especially those stored in bags. Once they can be aired out and the gasses are gone, the odor doesn’t remain.
