Pin should have been wrapped in bubble wrap and not tissue. I’m so sorry this happened, and I truly appreciate you letting me know. Your pin absolutely should have been packaged more securely, and I apologize that it arrived without a backing and caused you to get pricked. I’ll be using pin backs and bubble wrap on all future pin orders to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for the feedback — I’m always working to improve my packaging and customer experience. 💕 Pin wasn’t protected. Ended up with bent prong and didn’t include pin backing. Was hoping for better for price paid.
