In my years of purchasing I have never written a review this bad, but here it goes. I literally wish I could give 0 stars because it is this bad. Worst packing I have seen for a 100 dollar order. Cars where thrown in the box with two pieces of bubble wrap. 80 percent of the cars I did get where damaged from his packing that took him 1 1/2 weeks to ship. Even after waiting 1 1/2 weeks he forgot half of my order, which is been a pain in the ass contacting Whatnot to resolve this issue. Hope this seller got a suspension for this bs. I am out $100 and all my time trying to get a return going. Thank you and hope people read your reviews! PART OF THE ORDER MISSING I CONTACTED THE SELLER, HIS REPLY RAN OUT OF STUFF TO PACK IT WITH BIG JOKE, VERY SAD SELLER, THESE NEW SELLERS ARE GARBAGE.HE DID NOT SHIP ONE WHOLE STREAM I HAD TO GET A REDUND BUYERS BEWARE then he BLOCKED ME LOL. WHAT A JOKE Cars came in descent shape, were not taped and bubble wrap was unraveled because of that. Made a couple orders on the day before this order (now has been 11 days) and seller still hasn’t shipped. “Seller does not allow chat” is a little suspicious as well, guess there have been too many negative reviews/messages😬 Best streamer on what not always always taking care of me Not even good enough to be a 1 star. I bought over $125 worth of product the seller ends up blocking me for no reason. So I cancel my shipment and some how he still manages to ship the box out. But manages to give me someone else’s stuff. Be warned this guy has good stuff but doesn’t ship until 1 week later and has a chance of giving you somebody else stuff. 💥 You’ve been warned 💥 Not sure what’s going on. Shipping was not great at all. Cars were thrown in a box and damaged most of them. Still waiting on 2 more orders to be sent to me that were purchased over 2 weeks ago. No longer able to message him. I tried to messaged him several other times and didn’t get a response. This guy did a terrible job on 2 orders of over $500 worth or Ferrari cars. He sent wrong items both times and the shipping job was terrible both times. I can’t even message the guy because he blocked me after I complained about the first shipment and promised everything missing will arrive on the next box but that was not the case. Im dealing with whatnot to get all my money back and send his crap back to him the same way he sent it. And mind you he took over a week to ship Packaging wasn’t the best. Cars were loose and bouncing around. Luckily the blisters and cards were too badly damaged. always a great seller with killer deals and fast shipping. Phenomenal , phenomenal stream. All the heat and fire being sold kept me glued to my screen. The true definition of a one stop shop. Seller had it all from floor to ceiling. Very pleased with my multiple purchases and I’ll keep coming back. Recommend this stream and this streamer 110%. You should be very proud at the way you run your show and how well the customer is taken care of! Five stars ⭐️ doesn’t even com close to this TEN star stream. Shipped very, very fast and arrived packaged excellently. I’m a customer for life thank you! 🐾🐾dendawg13🐾🐾
The reason for this review is simply because of poor packaging, the cards were just thrown in the box and not banded up. They were free floating in the box and everyone of them the corners were damaged, I am sorry but I truly am unhappy. This guy is awesome! He was a little late shipping out but threw in four extra cars on top of my giveaway and the original order! This guy is great and definitely will have me coming back. Packages are in excellent condition too! As always nothing but perfection from Matt . I was satisfied with my shipment UNTIL I received it. Really Poor packaging. Damage cards.
