We strive to get orders out within 48 hours but unfortunately once it leaves our hands, it’s up to the post office on how long it takes to get to its final destination. I will say this last batch of orders we did take a little longer to ship, as our dog Slash ended up needing emergency surgery and we almost lost him. We even did a benefit show to give all proceeds to his vet bills. This unexpected emergency did set us back a few days, which if you know us isn’t our normal.
