Thank you for your business. item arrived broken though it said no such thing in description. contacted seller and they basically told me they sell to much and can't check everything and basically couldn't do anything about it. beware of this account, unless you want broken items while the description says nothing about it. This is not true. I told you to make a claim with whatnot. I apologized and explained that we sell hundreds of garments at dirt cheap prices and we wouldn't have time to check every zipper and button, that's unrealistic. Great service Buy vinyl with caution. Described album as “like new” & only half-removed it from jacket. Has a huge feeler. When I reached out, said whatnot doesn’t allow refunds, said “like new” is a comparative term to his other merchandise, implied it was my fault for missing condition he didn’t show, and said I “shouldn’t expect them to be worth more than $3” he starts them at. He did offer me shop credit to buy more records from him and the records were shipped quickly and safely.This is not true. I guided you to a path that will allow Whatnot to refund you. I explained that Whatnot does not have a partial refund option for sellers, and Whatnot will handle it. Thank you for your business. Excellent packaging
