I was told one of the watches were an automatic moonphase watch in new condition. Upon arrival I realized that it was not a moonphase but rather a day and night watch, noticed some scuffing on the bracelet, and the instructions included did not belong to the watch in the box. I reached out to the seller and at first he had a condescending tone but after explaining to him what a moonphase was he said I could ship both watches back for a refund and asked for photos of the watches I agreed. I come home and realize I have been blocked and no more communication. Not a good way to do business, he failed to make properly describe the watch and takes it out on the buyer. Awesome products. Package got to me in no time. great packaging, quick shipping. got exactly what ordered in great condition. Definitely will be working with these guys again to get some more watches!!
