I understand you sell your pens for cheap but no bubble wrap, multiple pens came damaged and I spent $77 plus shipping and everything was just thrown in a box. I spent nearly 45 minutes carefully packing your order, which was $70 for over $200 worth of pens. Your package was packed tightly and secured. The pencil was taken apart intentionally to make more room, not because it was broken.
I always encourage customers to contact me directly so I can make things right. Unfortunately, you blocked me instead of giving me the opportunity to explain or resolve your concerns. Once a package leaves my hands, I cannot control how it is handled during shipping.
