But after getting my products I compared packaging, batch codes, and appearance with other products out there and these are definitely counterfeit items. This is extremely disappointing as I love supporting small businesses, but selling something as something else is not acceptable. The customer service response is fast, however not resolving. After showing comparison photos to the products I got, I was offered a refund if I sent them back, but was “reassured” these were “real.” They are very much so not real. Beware of buying here. Maybe she’s just unaware of her source and thinks these are real. But I repeat, they are not. For any future purchasers feel free to message me for comparison photos of the gucci bloom and flora collection. BUYERS BEWARE.You definitely should address the “keep the items without returning them” part because future buyers reading this need to understand you offered a legitimate resolution and she refused the normal process.
But you need to be careful not to sound bitter or accusatory. If you go too aggressive, it can backfire and make you look defensive. The goal is to make HER review feel unreasonable without directly insulting her.
