But after getting my products I compared packaging, batch codes, and appearance with other products out there and these are definitely counterfeit items. This is extremely disappointing as I love supporting small businesses, but selling something as something else is not acceptable. The customer service response is fast, however not resolving. After showing comparison photos to the products I got, I was offered a refund if I sent them back, but was “reassured” these were “real.” They are very much so not real. Beware of buying here. Maybe she’s just unaware of her source and thinks these are real. But I repeat, they are not.
