After I reached out, he admitted the mistake and asked me to return it so he could send the correct one. I provided photos and tracking of my return and asked him to do the same, but he stopped communicating. I had to contact Whatnot to get the replacement tracking. When it arrived, the card was not properly protected and arrived with slight damage. Due to the poor communication, lack of care in shipping, and overall experience, I would not buy from this seller again.
