Jacob, you stated your plant was dead however when you sent the pictures it was evident that it was very much alive and well. Your plant was delayed in transit multiple days due to USPS. Regardless, it is normal for shipping stress to occur and discoloration or loss of a leaf is normal - as stated in the show notes. I refunded you the whole dollar you paid for the plant. I'm sorry you're plant lost a leaf but I did explain why this could happen and also gave you tips on how to care for the plant moving forward to ensure it continues to thrive & I hope it does just that.
