It’s ripping from the handles. The leather is ripped off. It stained everywhere reached out to the company to ask for assistance and I didn’t get a response when I messaged them and sent pictures. I wouldn’t advise purchasing from them since they don’t respond to any of your messages that I sent multiple times nor do you get what you expect. This bag is not an excellent condition at all.
