Please include a packing slip with orders. It makes it difficult and time consuming to check-in coins purchased without one. Having to watch each video receipt takes longer. The packaging was sloppy. All the loose coins were in two small envelopes that were poorly sealed. Coins were loose when I opened the envelope. Furthermore, there was NO RECEIPT. It is so bothersome to have to go online to find your order to check. Unprofessional experience.
