I’m honestly dumbfounded by this feedback. This speaker was brand new and factory-sealed in a plastic box when it left my hands. My home and inventory space are strictly 100% smoke-free, and it is physically impossible for an odor to penetrate a factory seal while in my care. I have a perfect 5.0 rating and 25 years of professional experience because I don’t cut corners. If there was an odor, it absolutely occurred during transit in the mail carrier's vehicle. I’m devastated that a shipping issue is being reflected on my perfect record, but I stand by the pristine quality of my electronics. very happy with this purchase. packed nice and secure and even threw in an extra gift with my order!! my second time buying here and I couldn't be happier!! originaldonnie is the best. he's so personable and adorable too Love it, Thanks again. will definitely purchase again.
