Some Flora gel air fresheners arrived with mould on their cardboard packaging, raising concerns about dampness and possible contamination of other products stored in the same closed bag.
What disappointed me most was the handling of the complaint. Initially, I was not offered a straightforward refund and was instead encouraged to choose something else. I was also asked to return the items, despite the concerns surrounding the mould. The situation only progressed towards a refund after further discussion.
I have children at home, and I take these concerns seriously. I expected better quality control and a more reasonable, customer-focused approach to resolving the issue.I don't normally reply to reviews, but I feel this needs clarifying. I personally discovered the issue and contacted all 4 affected customers within 24 hours. We offered a goodwill gesture, with 2 customers already receiving Rituals products. Had you requested a refund when I first contacted you, that would've been arranged. Due to your concerns about contamination, I asked you to return the full order for a refund. However, you wanted to keep the Scenses product and massager while requesting a refund for everything. We were upfront, took responsibility and offered to put things right. Great prices, lovely Christmas stuff, and fast shipping, thanks!
