I thought we had resolved this through message in which I explained that I’m human and missed the flaw, and then directed you on how to receive your refund and keep your item. You unfortunately initiated the conversation by implying I purposely didn’t mention the flaw, and I replied kindly with apologizing and informing you how to receive your refund. I’m sad that you then chose to reply unkindly and leave a review that didn’t mention I resolved the issue, implying you received something purposely not mentioning a flaw. I wish the best for you, I’m sorry we couldn’t have seen eye to eye! Love everything so much! Can’t wait till your next show :) Everything shipped quickly and came to me as expected!
