At first, I was shocked, but now I’m actually grateful it happened because it’s probably not something I would have treated myself to otherwise. The perfume arrived incredibly fast, was packaged well, and was exactly as described. Not a Perfume is clean, fresh, and versatile, making it perfect on its own or layered with other fragrances. I can definitely see why it has such a loyal following.
