Maybe 40-50 energies (although it’s been a few days since I’ve looked at the cards) and although their were many duplicates, it would only be a couple for one card and their would usually be reverse holos or holos within those duplicates which was good. In other words, i didn’t find it to be an issue.
It was fun to find cards all the way back from 2019 and from some of the newer sets.
I would say about half are English and the other half are foreign, most of which are Japanese. If you are looking to complete your pokedex, or expand your battle decks, this is a great deal!
