The seller ran a wheel spin game where spots clearly displayed high-value single cards, including SIRs. However, after I paid and landed on an SIR, the seller introduced an undisclosed rule on stream, stating I only get the card "if it gets pulled from a pack." Turning a guaranteed wheel result into an unstated "chance-upon-chance" condition is extremely misleading and violates Whatnot's rules on clear game mechanics.
To make matters worse, despite paying for 7 total spins, the seller only shipped 5 random bulk common cards in the package—completely omitting what was won on screen and shorting the physical order quantity itself.
Running deceptive games without upfront rules and failing to deliver the advertised items ruins the platform for honest buyers. The VOD has been documented, and this order is currently being escalated directly to Whatnot Support for a full refund. On top of that I answered questions from the comments explaining the character break the bulk cards I sent is a requirement as whatnot states I must send out bulk if your card wasn’t pulled. Apart from that I ran a small 20pack character break with less slots!!! That’s why 5 cards per bulk pack!!
